Woodco Capital has designed a dual kitchen concept for a luxurious villa, creating both a stunning main kitchen and a highly functional dirty kitchen. The main kitchen is an elegant focal point of the home, featuring light wood cabinetry, built-in appliances, and a spacious island, all designed to maximize natural light and create an open, inviting atmosphere.
Adjacent to it, the dirty kitchen serves as a practical workspace, crafted with durable, waterproof materials for easy cleaning and heavy use. It includes ample storage, efficient layout, and robust appliances to handle daily cooking tasks while keeping the main kitchen pristine and ready for entertaining.
The client had no clear vision for the dual kitchen setup in their villa, feeling unsure of the design direction. They wanted something functional but left the details up to Woodco’s expertise. With technical elements like electric, gas, and water points already in place, they needed a layout that made the most of the available space.
Woodco Capital took the lead in designing both the main and dirty kitchens, working around existing technical constraints to maximize functionality and aesthetics.
